Modular Application: Gen21 BMS system is modular enough where different modules can be plugged in and out as per the TV Channel requirements while implementation.
Dynamic Report Builder: System is enrich with the Dynamic Report builder, which helps the users to create reports by themselves as and when required. The user friendliness of report builder facilitates the user to create and store their reports for the future use also.
Alert System: The alert system updates the concerned department users about the statuses of the different activities happened in different departments of the TV Channel in order to eliminate the communication gaps, confusions and for immediate information sharing.
Single Point Data Entry:
The system is designed specifically to achieve the goals of :
- Ensuring that data is entered once and then is available throughout the organization as appropriate

Multi Currency: The system supports multiple currencies for Programme Purchasing and Asset value. The corporate currency is also definable, with reports available in both local & corporate currency. Exchange rates are held at System and program contracts level.
User Friendly: Gen21 has the intuitive user friendly interfaces, which allows users to quickly and easily manage all the processes with flexibility. Each and Every action with self explanatory text / caption for actions helps user to easily understand the operation which will be performed after taking the particular action.
Efficient Searching Mechanism: Efficient searching techniques through out the system help users to find out the information quickly & easily.
